Our Services
Enhanced 1:1 and bespoke packages
We specialise in supporting people with the most complex needs through fully bespoke, person-centred support packages. Where required, we provide dedicated 1:1 support and enhanced staffing levels, tailored to each individual’s assessed needs. Every package is developed in partnership with our Clinical Lead, underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), robust risk management and evidence-based clinical practice. We carefully recruit, train and match a consistent team of support staff to ensure the highest quality of care and continuity.
We have extensive experience supporting people transitioning from hospital settings, secure services and placements that have broken down. Every transition is carefully planned at the individual’s pace, working closely with families, professionals and commissioners to provide a safe, stable and successful move into the community.
24 hour supported settings
Our shared living homes provide a safe, welcoming environment for between two and six people, with support available 24 hours a day, including waking night staff where required. Every person has their own tenancy, private bedroom and personal space, while benefiting from a supportive home environment that encourages independence, choice and meaningful daily living.
Our experienced teams provide the right level of support to help people live safely, develop new skills and build confidence, creating a balance between independence, security and a place they are proud to call home.
Small Shared Settings
Our small shared settings are designed for people who benefit from a quieter, more homely environment, typically supporting two to four people. Each person has their own tenancy, private bedroom and personal space, with support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
We carefully assess the compatibility of everyone living within the home before any new placement is offered, helping to create a positive, stable and supportive environment where people feel safe, respected and able to thrive. With experienced staff available around the clock where required, we provide the right balance of support, independence and choice to help each person live a fulfilling life.
