Golden Care Group is a specialist supported living provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and other complex needs, empowering people to live safe, fulfilling and independent lives within their own homes and communities.

What we do?
Enhanced 1:1 and Bespoke Support Packages
We provide specialist, person-centred support for people with complex needs, delivering bespoke care packages tailored to each individual's requirements. Led by our Clinical Lead and underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), we help people safely transition from hospital, secure settings and placement breakdowns into stable, successful homes within the community.
24 Hour Supported Living
Our shared living homes provide a safe, welcoming environment for two to six people, with shared support during core hours, waking night support where commissioned and additional one-to-one support when required. Each person has their own tenancy and private space while receiving personalised support to live as independently as possible.
